PIC in action

Authority is continuity, not possession. See it live, three ways: step through the protocol flows wire by wire, watch the use cases where continuity goes to work, or follow a decentralized subchain as it returns to PIC-X for a checkpoint. Everything is interactive — the flows evaluate their checks from the displayed Profile 0.2 structures, the use cases are illustrative walkthroughs — and every scenario has its own link.

Both paths run on the same substrate: PIC Profile 0.2 (the Designing PIC-X series) — RFC 8693 Token Exchange at the realm token endpoint, realm-signed checkpoints, workload-signed candidates, sd-jwt Proof of Relationship, and non-expansive attenuation. Every scenario has its own URL, so you can link straight to a flow, a use case, or a decentralization walkthrough. More demos will land here over time.
