Authority starts in a single governance box: a wallet or IdP creates the authority token, and that IdP can itself be PIC‑X compliant. PIC‑X exchange lives in the same boundary, then sends a compact checkpoint into a fast subchain across a decentralized constellation: three moving swarms of autonomous AI agents. Governance programs policy into the Trust Anchor guardrails before the agents move: every handoff crosses a governed policy check, and any bypass is rejected. In this example every fourth signed agent hop returns to PIC-X and folds into a compact checkpoint. Governance remains anchored at the IdP source and at PIC‑X enforcement.

What the moving token means

The bright carrier starts inside governance, where IdP authority and PIC‑X exchange are already bound together. The checkpoint then jumps into a moving swarm of autonomous AI agents; each signed hop adds a local transition only after crossing a governance-controlled Trust Anchor policy check. The amber policy rails show Governance programming the guardrails that execute those policies. The links return and fold back into one compact checkpoint before the next group starts.
